MONTUNO DC - PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES 

​We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our participants. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our policies regarding registration, payments, refunds, and class attendance. Please take a moment to review these guidelines to understand our terms and conditions thoroughly. Class Registration Policy

  • Registration is confirmed upon payment by the student.

  • Registration on the spot is permitted, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • Registration for a 4-week session is non-transferable and cannot be paused, extended, or carried over to future sessions.

Class Payment Policy

  • All classes must be paid in full prior to participation. Spots are only confirmed once payment is received.

  • By purchasing services, you agree to pay the indicated fees and to adhere to the studio's policy and etiquette.

  • Class Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the first day of class.

  • Late cancellations incur a $25 fee.

Credit / Refund Policy

  • Full refunds will be granted if a cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the start of the class.

  • No refunds, credits or make-up classes are provided for non-attendance.

Drop-Ins Policy

  • Drop-ins are allowed if space permits.

  • Drop-in fees can be applied towards the current 4-week session or a monthly pass within the same session.

  • First-timers (no previous dance experience) may drop in the first two weeks of any 4-week Beginner session; after the second week, it is possible but not recommended.


Monthly Pass Policy

  • No refunds are available after purchasing the pass.

  • The pass is only valid for the 4-week session in which it is purchased, unless it is stated to be for a future session, in which case it applies to the next session.

  • The pass is non-transferable and cannot be paused, extended, or carried over to future sessions.

Private Lessons Policy

  • Booking must be confirmed upon payment.

  • Booking will be cancelled if payment hasn't been received at least 24 hours prior to the lesson.

  • Packages must be fully redeemed within six months from the day of the first booking.

  • Transactions are non-refundable

  • Cancelled Classes by Montuno Dance Company Policy

  • If Montuno Dance Company cancels a class, a makeup class will be offered or a credit will be provided.

  • There are no refunds for cancellations due to weather, but makeup lessons may be offered.
